    Ingredients:

    - 6 tablespoons white glutinous rice
    - 2 duck eggs
    - Salt to taste
    - Dried shrimp, serundeng (spiced grated coconut), roasted grated coconut
    - Fried shallots

    How to cook:

    1. Heat the pan to be used, ensuring the flame is low.

    2. Pour the prepared glutinous rice into the pan, then add a little water.

    3. After adding the water, cover the rice until it boils.

    4. Once boiling, uncover and add the dried shrimp, serundeng, roasted grated coconut, and salt on top of the rice.

    5. Pour the prepared duck eggs into the pan and stir until evenly distributed across the pan's surface.

    6. Let it cook briefly until it slightly sticks, then lift the pan slightly above the flame and flip it to cook the top side of the kerak telor.

    7. Once the kerak telor starts to crisp, you can remove it from the pan.

    8. Add serundeng and fried shallots on top of the kerak telor, and it's ready to be served.
