8 buah blocks of tempeh, thinly sliced
Filling ingredients:
100 grams minced chicken
100 grams carrot, cut into matchsticks, boiled
100 grams green bean, cut on the diagona, boiled
100 grams oyster mushroom, shredded
4 buah cloud ear fungus, soaked in a room-temperature water then chopped
2 white eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 scallion, chopped
1/4 tsp chicken powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Dip ingredient:
1 egg yolk, beaten
Coating ingredient:
75 grams bread flour
1. To make the filling: place minced chicken, carrot, green bean, white egg, cornstarch, scallion, cicken powder, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix them using fork until well-blended.
2. Put one tempe sheet on a cutting board. Put a table spoon of the filling on top of the tempe. Repeat this step until the tempe and the filling run out (whichever comes first). Steam over a medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Prepare a sheet ans spread bread flour on top of it. Dip the rolls in a egg yolk. Then put and roll them on top of the bread flour.
4. Deep-fry over a medium heat until brown.
