1 whole Chinese tofu

Ingredients for sauce:
3 cloves of garlic
3 red cayenne peppers
100 grams of fried peanuts
3 tablespoons of shrimp paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar, shredded
200 ml of hot water
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Ingredients for condiments:
3 pieces of rice cake, cut into pieces
150 grams of short bean sprouts
2 celery stalks, sliced accordingly (for topping)
1 tablespoon fried shallots (for topping)
25 grams of onion crackers
110 grams of pickled cucumber
1. Marinate the tofu in 1 teaspoon of salt and 150 ml of mineral water. Fried until its outer part evenly dry. Set it aside for awhile.
2. Sauce steps: puree garlic, red chili, and peanuts. Add the paste, salt, and brown sugar. Stir evenly. Add water and sweet soy sauce. Stir evenly again.
