    Ingredients

    500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut

    100 grams of granulated sugar

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    30 grams of cornstarch

    50 grams of moderate protein flour

    25 grams of margarine

    2 eggs, loosely stirred

    150 grams of durian meat

    150 grams of young coconut, shredded loosely

    25 grams of walnuts, chopped roughly

    Ingredients to be poured in:

    15 grams of raisins, cut in half

    15 grams of walnuts, cut long

    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder


    Cooking Steps

    1, Boil 300 ml (from 500 ml) coconut milk, sugar, and salt while stirring it until it starts boiling. Set it aside.

    2. Dissolve cornstarch, wheat flour, and remaining coconut milk. Pour into coconut milk stew. Cook while stirring it evenly, until it starts popping. Lift it up.

    5. Place the dish containing the dough in a baking dish that has been given a little water. Bake the oven under a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Sow raisins and walnuts. Oven again with the same temperature 35 minutes until it is fully cooked.

    6. Serve with sifted cinnamon sprinkles.
