    Ingredients

    25 grams of pearl sago
    75 grams of green beans, boiled
    2 pieces of white bread, cut into squares
    4 teaspoons condensed milk
    75 grams of peeled, roasted


    Ingredients for Ginger Soup:
    1,500 ml of water
    100 grams of ginger, roasted, contused
    200 grams of granulated sugar


    Cooking Steps

    1. Boil the sago pearl in 750 ml of boiling water until the color starts changing into transparent white. Lift it up and set it aside for a while. Wash under running water. Set it aside again.

    2. Boil the ginger soup ingredients over medium heat until it starts boiling. Reduce the fire intensity. Cook again for 20 minutes until it smells good.

    3. Arrange pearl sago, boiled green beans, and white bread in a small bowl.

    4. Pour the hot sauce. Pour in condensed milk and roasted peanuts. Serve it while it is still lukewarm.
