1 sachet of gelatin
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
750 ml of mineral water
50 ml of suji leaf water, from 25 pieces of suji leaves and 2 pieces of pandan leaves
500 grams of shaved ice
Ingredients for syrup:
250 grams of brown sugar
300 ml of mineral water
3 pandan leaves, tie a knot
