    Yields      : 5 servings

    Ingredients

    1 sachet of gelatin

    2 tablespoons of palm sugar

    750 ml of mineral water

    50 ml of suji leaf water, from 25 pieces of suji leaves and 2 pieces of pandan leaves

    500 grams of shaved ice

    Ingredients for syrup:

    250 grams of brown sugar

    300 ml of mineral water

    3 pandan leaves, tie a knot 


    Cooking Steps

    1. Pandan syrup steps: boil brown sugar, water, and pandanus until it starts popping up. Set it aside.

    2. Jelly dough steps: Boil gelatin, sugar, water, and suji leaf water while stirring until it starts boiling.

    3. Pour the jelly dough in baking pan. Freeze. Cut into 1 cm squares.

    4. Pour pandan syrup in a glass. Add shredded jelly. Add shaved ice. It is ready to be served.
