Ingredients for Rolled Tofu:
350 grams of solid Chinese tofu, mashed
5 pieces of ebi, mashed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Ingredients for Semur:
6 tablespoons Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
8 pieces of orange leaf
3 clove grains
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
4 cm cinnamon
500 ml of mineral water
3 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
Ingredients to grind at once:
6 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
4 candlenuts, roasted
1 teaspoon of coriander
2 cm galangal
1. Mix all the tofu ball ingredients. Make a round or ball out of it. Fry it until the color changes into brown. Set it aside.
2. Saute the spices until fragrant. Add tofu balls and orange leaves. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, and tomato sauce. Stir until the tofu ball is wrapped in seasoning.
3. Add some water. Cook over low heat until the seasoning is fully absorbed. Pour the remaining water. Cook until it starts boiling.
