4 salted eggs
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
1 red chili, sliced slanted
150 gram bean sprouts
100 grams of carrot, sliced elongetedly
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
1. Heat the oil, saute onions, garlic, and red chilies altogether until they smell nice. Add salted eggs while being scrambled.
2. Add the bean sprouts and carrots. Cook until it is half cooked
3. Add pepper powder and sugar. Mix evenly. Cook until it is well done.
