2 pieces of silk tofu cut into 4 parts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 clove of garlic, puree
25 ml of water
Ingredients for Sauce:
1 clove fried garlic
2 tablespoons of shrimp paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of hot water
1. Mix altogether tofu, salt, pepper, garlic, and water. Place it in a heat-resistant dish. Steam it in steam that has been heated until cooked.
