    Ingredients

    6cm piece of peeled ginger, finely chopped

    Lime water extract from one lime

    300 ml boiling water


    Cooking Steps

    1. Grind chopped ginger until soft. Then put it on a mug

    2. Pour boiling water to the mug. Stir well. 

    3. Prepare new mug and put a cone strainer on top of it. Pour ginger water into the new mug in a circle form. 

    4. Add lime water. 

    5. You can add honey or sugar up to your taste.
