There are many variations of rujak. And today, Kitchenesia demonstrates you a rujak using melon as main ingredients, but still utilizing other fruits like apple and pineapple.

300 grams melon, diced
100 gram apple, diced
100 gram pineapple, diced and coated with salt water
4 lettuces
Jelly Ingredients:
1 teaspoon instant jelly powder
35 gram sugar
250 ml water
Sauce Ingredients:
6 sweet orange
3 tablespoons kaffir lime juices
1 teaspoon sugar
1. Boil jelly and stir it until boiled. Pour jelly water on a square baking sheet. Let it cold then chopped.
2. To make sauce: mix kaffir lime juice with sweet orange juice. Add sugar. Mix well.
3. On a different bowl, mix melon, pineapple, jelly, and lettuce. Pour sauce on it.
4. Mixed sliced melon with keffir lime juice is ready to dig in!
