200g palm sugar, shredded
1/4 teaspoons white pepper
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
5 cm cinnamon
1 lemongrass, crushed
1 liter water
1. Grind white pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg altogether using mortar and pestle
2. Boil water with medium heat. Add palm sugar, ground spices, ginger, and lemongrass. Stir until blended.
3. Filter water. Serve in a mug.
