150 grams of egg
100 ml of liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Minced Chicken Ingredients:
3 chicken thighs chop the bones, chop roughly
100 grams of oyster mushrooms, cut into 0.5x0.5cm pieces
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
100 ml of water
1 leek, finely sliced, for sprinkling
1 tablespoon of oil, for sautéing
1. Heat the oil then add the chicken. Sauté garlic until it is fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour water little by little while stirring evenly. Cook while stirring occasionally until it sinks in. Set aside.
2. Beat the egg whites. Pour milk. Put salt and pepper powder. Stir well. Filter it.
3. Pour the mixture into the heat-resistant dish. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes until it is cooked.
