    Yields             : 8 servings

    Ingredients

    300 grams of sukiyaki meat, divide 2 parts, fry one by one until crispy

    2 cloves of garlic, puree

    1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder

    2 teaspoons of salt

    1 teaspoon granulated sugar

    1,500 ml beef broth

    2 bay leaves

    4 pieces of orange leaf, remove the bones

    2 pieces deaf

    2 cloves

    1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder

    2 lemongrass stems, take the white

    1 teaspoon of salt

    2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing

    Ground spices:

    1 large red chili

    10 red onions

    4 cloves garlic

    1 cm of ginger

    1 cm galangal

    1 teaspoon ground pepper

    Supplementary material:

    100 gram glass noodles, brewed

    1 leek, sliced

    6 potato cakes

    2 celery stalks, sliced

    3 tomatoes

    100 grams of red crackers


    Cooking Steps

    1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, orange leaves, cardamom, deaf, cloves, nutmeg, and lemongrass until fragrant.

    2. Pour into the broth. Add salt. Cook until it is boiled.

    3. Serve soto with other complements and fried meat.
