    Ingredients

    1,500 ml of water

    10 grams secang

    1 bag of tea bags

    2 lemongrass stems, bruised

    2 cm cinnamon

    150 grams of ginger, roasted, bruised

    180 grams of granulated sugar


    Cooking Steps

    1. Boil water. Add sugar, secang, lemon grass, cinnamon, ginger and granulated sugar over low heat until fragrant. Lift.

    2. Dip the tea. Allow 15 minutes. Filter it.
