300 grams silverside, boiled the shredded
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cm piece of ginger, crushed
3 curly red chilli, minced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper powder
200 ml water
2 tbsp cooking oil
1. Heat oil in wok over medium heat. When simmers, add garlic, ginger, and chilli. Stir constantly until fragrant.
2. Add shredded silverside, stir well until combined
3. Add oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper powder. Stir well.
4. Pour water slow and steady and stir well. Remove when the beef are tender and brown.
