2.4 L coconut milk
2 sachets of jelly powder
4 screwpine leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 grams palm sugar, grated
4 green coconuts, peel the flesh away from the skin
1. Place coconut milk, jelly powder, screwpine leaves, salt, and palm sugar in a pot, bring it to boil for 5-7 minutes. Stir constantly in between.
2. Place coconut flesh in jelly mold. Pour a quarter of boiled jelly mixture to the jelly mold and let it chill until dried. Pour the rest of jelly mixture and freeze it in fridge.
