100 grams of mushroom, divided into 2 parts
50 grams of ground chicken
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
2 red curly chilies, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons of instant opor seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 leek, sliced
5 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
1. Saute onion and red chili until it has aromatic smell. Lift it up. Set it aside for awhile.
2. Loosely stir the egg, seasoning, salt, and pepper powder. Add mushrooms, chicken, scallions, and stir onions. Stir evenly.
3. Pour the egg dough into a non-sticky flat pan. Stir cautiously until half cooked. Roll it. Let it until it is evenly cooked.
