    Kitchenesia.com – Let’s not skip and begin the day by having a healthy breakfast as it will lead us to perform better in our daily activities. You can opt for Bubur Jagung (sweet corn porridge). It is simple and doesn’t require convoluted ingredient, all is within traditional market away.

    Yields             : 4 servings

    Ingredients

    400 grams of corn comb, coarse blender

    600 ml coconut milk, from 1/2 coconut

    100 grams of granulated sugar

    1/8 teaspoon of vanilla powder

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2 teaspoons of sago flour, dissolve in 2 teaspoons of water

    Supplementary ingredients:

    15 grams of Chinese henna, boiled, drained

    1 young coconut, long dredged flesh


    Cooking Steps

    1. Cook coconut milk, corn, and sugar while stirring it until it is bubbling. Add vanilla powder. Mix well.

    2. Thicken the texture with sago flour. Cook while stirring it evenly, wait until popping. Lift.

    3. Serve the grits with complementary ingredients.
