    Ingredients

    Ingredients for Outer Wrapper:

    175 grams of glutinous rice flour

    25 grams of sago flour

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon of whiting

    165 ml of warm water

    2 drops of pink coloring

    1 drop of dark green coloring

    Ingredients for fillings (stir evenly):

    75 grams of peanut, roasted, puree

    1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

    Ingredients for soup:

    1,500 ml of water

    500 grams of red ginger, grilled, peeled, contuse

    3 lemongrass stems, contuse

    3 cloves

    150 grams of brown sugar, a fine comb

    150 grams of granulated sugar

    Ingredients for complement:

    50 gram peeled, roasted peanuts

    200 grams of green potatoes, cut into pieces


    Cooking Steps

    1. To make outer wrapper: Mix the glutinous rice flour, sago flour, salt and whiting. Pour warm water little by little while kneading until smooth and slippery.

    2. Take 1/3 part of the dough. Divide into 2 parts. One part add pink coloring. Stir well. One part add dark green coloring. Mix well.

    3. Take a little colored skin mixture. Compress it. Give contents. Small round shape. Do it until all the ingredients are used up.

    4. Boil in boiling water until it floats. Lift. Drain well.

    5. Take a little remaining 2/3 of the dough without color. Press it, add a round and fill it. Round shape. Boil in boiling water until it floats. Lift. Drain well.

    6. To make the soup: boil water, ginger, cloves, and lemongrass. Cook on low heat until flavorful.

    7. Enter brown sugar and granulated sugar. Stir until it dissolves. Filter it.
