With more diners are aware of nutrition facts, while at the same time desire for fulfilling foods, Boga Group’s Pish & Posh restaurant answers these demands by launching new menu variants named Taste of Indonesia.
Eight new Indonesia-inspired foods are joining the menu at Pish & Posh. Half of them are western foods that are reinterpreted with local taste.
Taste of Indonesia offers two kinds of Spaghetti that are given with local spin. First is Spaghetti Rica-Rica, a sautéed al dente spaghetti poured with Manadonese spicy sambal. There is also Spaghetti Dabu-Dabu that highlights dabu-dabu sambal, an indigenous condiment from North Sulawesi that is made of tomatoes, chili, shallots, lime juice, and coconut oil.
Seafood lovers can try fried John Dory fish - a fish that is known for delicate flesh and flakky texture - with two sambal options: rica-rica and dabu-dabu. Don't worry these dishes come with two rice options: brown and white. These delicacies are named Dori Rica-Rica and Dori Dabu-Dabu.
