Kitchenesia.com -Sea Grain, a casual-hip restaurant located at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta, introduced new Mediterranean menu for public. Located on the third story of the hotel, both stayers and non-stayers can try these delectable options of Mediterranean food.
The new menu is a reinterpretation of Mediterranean cuisine and Asian or Indonesian touches, curated and produced by Spanish-origin Alvaro Bonache Utiel. The Asian touch is shown at one of Tapas menus named Beef Cheek Gyoza. The Japanese dumpling is filled with traditional Spanish beef cheek and wine.
As noodles are loved by Asians, not to mention Indonesians, Chef Alvaro also serves Spanish Lamb Noodle Soup. It mixes fresh noodles with egg, chives, and also dumpling, then completed with fresh broth made from lamb and finished with refrito; a Spanish sauce that consists of fried garlic, cumin, smoked paprika and vinegar.
The famous Penne Aglio Olio is also reintroduced at Sea Grain. Chef Alvaro enhances the eating experience by adding soft penne with aglio olio sauce and fresh prawns. Dried Chili flakes is also used to spice it up a little bit, and then topped with aromatic fried basil.
Sea Grain Restaurant also sees several new menus such as Mushroom Soup, torreznos, and Carnivorous Pizza. Also, discover other selections of pasta, tapas, any others Mediterranean delicacies exclusive at Sea Grain Restaurant.
With cozy ambience yet posh design, Sea Grain Restaurant brings authentic Mediterranean cuisine for your memorable eating experiences.
