Kitchenesia.com - On October 14, Lazada, Southeast Asia's biggest e-commerce company, announced 3 winners of the fourth "Dapur Lazada" competition, taking place at Almond Zucchini Cooking Studio, South Jakarta.
With "Cooking with Best Friends" being the event's theme, these three winners had shown their exceptional talent and creativity in homemade cooking with their partners.
The first winner was Ainur Rachmawaty and Nunung Ernawati with their creation in chicken dish, Balado Ayam Kemangi (Spicy Chicken with Basil).
They are entitled to win 3D2N vacation to Ayanan Labuan Bajo.

The second place is secured by Amalia Qonitah and Krisna Dwi Saputri who have shown their innovation in a dish named Baked Spices Mayonnaise Tilapia Bread. They won a Huawei P30 smartphone.
Last but not least, the third rank was given to Hestri Susilowati and Yunica Ismayani for their original dish, Spicy Meatballs. Hestri and Yunica brought home a Philips Air Fryer HD 9220.
The panel of judges decided the three winners through four aspects: method, formula, presentation, and taste.
Others were Evelyn Yonathan (Category Director General Merchandise, Lazada Indonesia), Yuda Bustara (celebrity chef), Martin Praja (chef and restaurateur), Yongky Sentosa (Country General Manager Personal Health, Philips Indonesia), Edwin Siswanto (GM Sales & Marketing, Maxim Indonesia), and Chef Nunu (Yummy Chef, IDN Media).
Evelyn Yonathan, Category Director General Merchandise, Lazada Indonesia, highlighted the importance of category for brand and customers on press conference, "Our main purpose is to present the best product in every category: kitchen, dining, and home appliances, and connecting everyone's favorite thing: food! For this year's competition, we focus on appretiation to talented home chef across Indonesia".
Representative of participating brands, Yongky Sentosa from Phillips Indonesia and Edwin Siswanto from Maxim Indonesia, also expressed their appreciation for "home chef" who consistently cook the healthy food for family.
