Kecap ABC, one of the most-loved sweet soy sauce product in Indonesia, shows their support in gender equality within household chores by holding a campaign named #SuamiSejatiMasak (i.e Real Husbands Cook).
In conjunction with Mother's Day celebration, #SuamiSejatiMasak launched on Sunday, December 22, taking place at Carrefour Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. This event gathered hundreds of attendees watching live cooking shows by celebrity chefs, Gerry Girianza and Norman Ismail.
The event was held on a Pop-up Kitchen, enabling attendees to learn closely and taste the ready meal.

This year's #SuamiSejatiMasak provides 12 coupons for any purchase at Heintz's ABC official store at Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia. Physique coupons are also available at Alfa Mart, and in Heint'z ABC stands in 12 car free day area in Jabodetabek. Online coupons and physique coupons at AlfaMart are available until December 31, 2019.
Don't worry; the coupons can be downloaded on www.akademisuamisejati.com for a year onwards. "We believe this campaign can spread the idea of gender equality, and encourages husbands to take on more of the domestic burden by helping to cook," said Dhiren Amin as his closing statements.
