500 gram fermented cassava/tapai
1 tablespoon instant coconut milk
50 gram sago starch flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 liter cooking oil
For filling:
75 gram brown sugar, shaved
For dip sauce:
50 gram flour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
100 ml water
1. Blend dip sauce ingredients using fork in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Mix fermented cassava, sago starch flour, egg, and salt until blended. Set aside.
3. Flat batter. Add fillings then flat it again. Set aside.
4. Dip fermented cassava to dip sauce. Fry in medium heat oil until brown
