Start the culinary journey with Italian Bite; soft black olive brioix topped with basil butter, bufala cheese and tomato. Following it are the fresh Pickled Mussel, Waldorf Salad and the creamy Lovely Latte – slow-cooked egg, mushrooms and bread croutons with potato foam and chicken sauce, served to resemble a cup of latte.
Continuing the main menu are Sea Bass Roll, filled with prawns, fish coconut soup, strawberry coulis and coriander oil; also the juicy Grilled Tenderloin, with beetroot puree, seasonal vegetables and port wine sauce. Closing the delectable experience is sweet temptation dessert, Raspberry Mousse – with strawberry jelly, almond sponge and berries.
On this special night, the restaurant will set an elegant and intimate ambiance with live acoustic performance and the wonderful view of Jakarta skyline. In addition, the guests will be given a gift box with rose, sweet pralines and DoubleTree teddy bear. The whole romantic dining can be experienced for only IDR 628,000++ per person.
Extending the Valentine’s vibe is “A Lovely Interlude” at IINDIGO Day Club on 15 – 16 February 2020. Starting from IDR 150,000 net per person, couples can spend a relaxing weekend by the large lagoon swimming pool with the use of towel and a complimentary first drink selection of beers, soft drink and juices. After reaching a minimum spend of IDR 500,000++ guests can get a private Cabana that can be enjoyed by up to 4 persons.
