Ingredients
200 grams of noodles roundbrewed
100 grams bean sprouts,brewed
2 leeks, sliced for topping

750 ml beef broth
1 teaspoon of salt,mix evenly
fish sauce
200 grams of mackerel fillet
3 cloves garlic,crushed
2 cm ginger,crushed
1,000 ml of water
sauce spice(stir average):
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar,fine comb
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 ml of hot water
stir ingredients:
3 cloves garlic , finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
200 grams of boiled fish broth,cut box box
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
150 ml water
2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
Cooking Steps
- Boiled fish, garlic, and ginger until thick. Take about 750 ml.
- Remove the fish. Coarse shredded. Set aside
Stir:
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the fish. Stir well.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir well.
- Add water. Cook until well done.
- Placed noodles and bean sprout that already brewed. Stir well.
- Pour the beef broth, fish sauce, and gravy. Spoon the sauteed fish on it. Serve with lemon cui.
