BOILED NOODLES WITH SEAFOOD GOULASH

  • Boiled noodles with a strong curry flavor. better served hot as a substitute for rice or a dish in the rainy day.

    Ingredients

    400 grams lo mi,brewed
    100 grams shrimp,peeled
    100 grams peeled mussels,braised
    100 grams cabbage,finely sliced
    1 stalk lemongrass,crushed
    3 lime leaves
    1/2 glass of tamarind water
    3 stalks caisim,cut into pieces
    1 tomato, chopped
    10 pieces of red chili
    2 leeks, cut into 1/2 cm
    1,500 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
    2 tablespoons fried onions for topping

    ground spices (blended)
    8 red onions
    4 cloves garlic
    6 red chilies
    4 curly red chilies
    3 cm turmeric,burned
    3 cm ginger
    2 cm galangal
    4 1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sugar

    Cooking Steps

    • Boil spices, coconut milk, lemon grass, lime leaves, and kandis acid while stirring until fragrant.
    • Enter the shrimp and scallops. Boil until cooked.
    • Add caisim, tomatoes, and peppers. Stir until wilted.
    • Enter noodles. Stir until cooked.
    • Enter leeks. Stir well. Serve with a sprinkling fried onions.
