Sesame Fried Noodles
Ingredients
200 grams dried egg noodles,boiled,
3 cloves garlic,chopped
1/2 onion, finely sliced
50 grams shrimp,peeled,
1 egg, beaten
50 grams carrot,sliced
50 grams mung bean sprouts
100 grams tofu, cut into pieces,fried
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
100 ml water
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame
1 scallion, sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
noodles seasoning (stir)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Cooking Steps
- Glaze noodles with its seasoning. Stir well.
- Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add in shrimp. Stir until its color changes. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
- Add eggs. Stir it until granuled.
- Add carrots, mung bean sprouts and tofu. Stir it until softened.
- Add water, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir it well. Bring them to boil.
- Add in noodles, sesame oil, sesame and scallion. Cook it until the liquid is fully absorbed into the noodles. Remove from heat. Sesame fried noodles are ready to serve.
