200 grams high-gluten flour
25 grams sago starch
1 teaspoon salt

100 grams tomato,boiled, finely pureed, drained into 50 ml puree
25 grams sago starchfor coating

300 grams chicken breast fillets,diced
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
100 ml water
complement:
100 grams mung bean sprouts,soaked in hot water, drained
5 bokchoy, soaked in hot water, drained
2 tablespoons crispy shallot
2 scallions, finely sliced
- Topping: heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute onion until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color. Add in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well. Pour in water. Cook until the sauce absorbed into the chicken.
- Noodle: Mix flour, corn starch, salt, and seasoning. Add eggs and tomato puree gradually while kneading it. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Roll out dough into thin noodles while sprinkling it with sago starch. Cut with a noodle cutter.
- Heat water in a cooking pot. Boil noodles with a little cooking oil and salt. Drain it.
- Put noodle in a bowl. Glaze noodles with its seasoning. Put the topping on top of it.
- Serve tomato noodles with its complements.
