Noodle and Vegetable Fritters
Ingredients
100 grams all-purposeflour
1 egg, beaten
75 ml water
50 grams egg noodles,boiled, drained, cut into pieces
5 cabbage leaf, finely sliced
50 grams mung bean sprouts
1 scallion, finely sliced
1 celery, finely chopped
2 red chili peppers,deseeded, julienned
vegetable oil for frying
ground spices blend:
4 cloves shallot
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cooking Steps
- Mix well ground spices blend, flour, eggs and water.
- Add egg noodles, cabbage, mung bean sprouts, scallion, celery, and red chili pepper. Mix it well.
- Heat vegetable oil on the pan. Spoon the batter into the hot oil. Fry it until golden brown. Remove it from heat.
- Noodle and Vegetable Fritters are ready to serve.
