Water Spinach and Chicken Feet Noodle
Ingredients
200 grams dried egg noodles,boiled and drained
2 bunches water spinach,stem removed, boiled, and drained
200 grams chicken feet
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
750 ml water
1 tablespoon cornstarchdissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
ground spices blend:
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ebi (dried shrimp),toasted
2 large red chili peppers
complements:
3 limes
2 tablespoons crispy shallots
Cooking Steps
- Boil chicken feet until tender. Reduce broth into 600 ml and continue boiling.
- Sauté ground spices blend until fragrant. Pour it into the boiling chicken feet.
- Add sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well. Bring it to boil.
- Add in cornstarch mixture to thicken it. Stir it countinuously until boiling.
- Put noodles and water spinach in a bowl. Drench it with chicken feet sauce.
- Serve Water Spinach and Chicken Feet Noodles with its complements.
