    Mixed Vegetables Stir-Fry

    Ingredients

    200 grams baby corn,sliced diagonally into 2 cm strips
    150 grams mung bean sprouts,washed
    150 grams straw mushroom,halved
    1 carrot, julienned
    2 garlic chives, chopped
    10 fish meatballs, halved
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    150 ml water
    2 scallions, sliced diagonally
    1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing


    finely sliced spices blend:
    2 curly red chili peppers
    6 cloves shallot
    2 cloves garlic

    Cooking Steps

    1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté sliced spices blend until fragrant. Add baby corn, carrot, and straw mushroom. Stir it  until softened. Add in mung bean sprouts. Stir well.
    2. Add salt and sugar. Stir well. Add water. Cook it until all ingredients are well-done. Add scallion. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
    3. Mixed Vegetables Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
