Our body needs sufficient fiber intake which we can get from vegetables and fruits. thus, it is recommended to include vegetable dish in our daily menu. this mixed vegetables with chives stir-fry can be a good option for you.
10 garlic chives, cut into 3 cm strips
1 carrot, julienned
50 grams string beans,finely sliced diagonally
3 cabbage leaves, finely sliced
25 grams mung beansprouts
2 cloves garlic,finely sliced
3 cloves shallot,finely sliced
1 large red chili pepper,finely sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
50 ml water
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
1. Sauté garlic, shallot, and chili until fragrant. Put it on the edge of the pan. Add egg. Stir it until coarsely granuled.
2. Add in carrot and string beans. Stir them all until it is softened a bit. Add garlic chives, cabbages, and mung bean sprouts. Mix it well.
3. Add fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Pour in water. Cook it until all ingredients are well done while the liquid is reduced and infused to the vegetables.
4. Right before removing from heat, add scallion and celery. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
