Chinese Okra and Snow Pea Clear Soup
Ingredients
2 chinese okras, sliced into 1 cm thick coins
1 corn, kernelled
50 grams snow peas,trimmed
4 cloves shallot,finely sliced
2 salam (indonesian bay)leaves
2 cm finger root,crushed
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons crispy shallotfor garnish
2,000 ml water
Cooking Steps
- Bring water to boil. Add shallot, bay leaves, and finger root. Boil it until fragrant.
