This vegetables and shallot stir-fry is such a very simple cooking. it only uses simple spices blend yet it tastes really good. do not cook it too long to keep the natural texture of the vegetables.
Vegetable and Shallot Stir-Fry
Ingredients
100 grams cauliflower,separated into small florets
100 grams carrot,sliced diagonally
100 grams cabbage,sliced
100 grams choy sum,sliced
8 cloves shallot,finely chopped
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
100 ml water
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sauteing
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil in the pan. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, and choy sum. Stir it well until slightly softened.
- Add salt, chicken bouillon powder, and white pepper powder. Stir it well. Pour in water. Cook it until all ingredients are well done. Remove it from heat.
- Vegetables and Shallot Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
