Ingredients
400 grams beef tenderloin,sliced thin and wide
100 grams fresh kidney beans
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
4 cloves shallot,finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon brown palm sugar
750 ml coconut milkfrom 1 coconut
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Add in beef. Stir until it changes color. Add kidney beans and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
