    Ingredients

    300 grams beef tenderloin,cut into 2 ½ x 2 ½ cm square pieces
    1 onion, diced
    100 grams champignon mushrooms,halved
    100 grams carrot,cut into 2 cm thick coins
    3 dried chili peppers,cut into 2 cm pieces
    100 grams baby corn,halved lengthwise
    1½ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon mushroom soy sauce
    1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    4 tablespoons ketchup
    1 teaspoon black peppercorn,coarsely ground
    300 ml water
    ½ tablespoon corn starchdissolved in 1 tablespoon water for thickening
    2 tablespoons unsalted butterfor sautéing

    Cooking Steps

    1. Saute onion and dried chili pepper until fragrant. Add in beef. Stir until it changes colour.
    2. Add in carrot, mushroom, and baby corn. Stir well.
    3. Add Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soy sauce, light soy sauce, ketchup, and black pepper. Stir well. Pour in water gradually. Cook until the ingredients are well done while the liquid is reduced and absorbed into the ingredients.
    4. Thicken it with corn starch mixture. Stir until bubbling. Remove from heat.
