    Ingredients

    300 grams beef shank,finely sliced
    3 cm ginger,julienned
    3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
    ¼ onion, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
    200 ml beef stock
    2 celery, finely sliced
    1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing

    Cooking Steps

    1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute ginger, garlic, and onion until fragrant.
    2. Add in beef. Stir until it changes color.
    3. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
    4. Pour in beef stock. Cook until all ingredients are done while the liquid is reduced and infused to the solid ingredients. Slightly before removing it from heat, add celery. Stir well. Remove from heat.
    5. Beef and Ginger Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
