    Ingredients

    300 grams bamboo shoots,cut into pieces
    200 grams tenderloin beef,finely sliced
    3 shitake mushrooms, soaked in water, sliced
    3 dried chili peppers,cut into small pieces
    3 cloves garlic,coarsely chopped
    300 ml beef stock
    2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    2 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
    ¼ teaspoon sugar
    1 scallion, sliced diagonally
    2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing

    Cooking Steps

    1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté garlic and dried chili pepper until fragrant. Add in beef. Stir until it changes color. Add bamboo shoots and mushroom. Stir well.
    2. Pour in beef stock. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Cook until all ingredients are well-done and the sauce is thickened and reduced.
    3. Slightly before removing from heat, add scallion. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
