400 ml coconut water
100 grams sugar
3 pandan leaves, knotted
1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
½ teaspoon instant jelly powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 drops light yellow food coloring
2 drops light green food coloring

750 ml coconut milkfrom 1 coconut
100 grams sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 pack agar-agar powder
1 teaspoon instant jelly powder
100 grams young coconut flesh,smoothly blended
3 drops light green food coloring
ingredients iii:
300 ml water
75 grams sugar
¼ teaspoon jelly powder
½ teaspoon agar-agar powder
- Ingredients I: Cook coconut water, sugar, pandan leaves, agar-agar powder, instant jelly powder, and salt while stirring it until boiling. Divide it evenly into two. Give the first pudding mixture green colouring while the second is given yellow food coloring. Stir well.
- Take 50 ml of each mixture and pour it into moulds with ketupat (rice cakes in coconut leaves) form. Let it set.
- Ingredients II: Cook coconut milk, sugar, salt, agar-agar powder, and instant jelly powder while stirring it until boiling. Add blended coconut. Stir well. Take 50 ml of the mixture. Give it green food coloring. Stir well. Pour it into ketupat mould. Divide the rest of the mixture into two parts. Pour one part into 18 x 18 x 7 cm dish. Let it set.
- Heat the remaining Ingredients I. Pour it onto the set Ingredients II pudding in 18 x 18 x 7 cm dish. Let it almost set. Heat the remaining Ingredients II. Pour it onto the Ingredients I. Let it almost set. Decorate it with little ketupat puddings on top of it.
- Ingredients III: Mix all Ingredients III. Cook it while stirring it until boiling. Pour it slowly on top of the ketupat puddings until they are drown in it. Let it set.
