Ingredients
500 grams beef shank,cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes
20 whole green bird’s eyechili peppers
15 crushed green bird’s eyechili pepper
2,000 ml water
2 cloves
2 cm cinnamon
4 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 block beef bouillon powder
ground spices blend:
3 cloves garlic,fried
5 cloves shallot,fried
complements:
2 celery, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
Cooking Steps
- Boil beef, whole bird’s eye chili pepper, crushed bird’s eye chili pepper, cloves, and cinnamon until the beef is tender and the soup is fragrant.
- Add in salt, pepper, sugar, and beef bouillon powder block. Cook until all ingredients are well-cooked. Remove from heat. Serve it with its complements.
