Mushroom and Kidney Beans Soup
Ingredients
2 chicken thigh fillet, diced
100 grams kidney beans,boiled
2 carrots, sliced with 1 cm thickness
100 grams green beans,cut into 2 ½ cm sticks
1 coral mushroom, soaked in water, cut into small pieces
1½ tablespoons salt
½ teaspoon sugar
1 block beef bouillon powder
2 celery, chopped
2,000 ml water
ground spices blend:
5 cloves fried whole garlic
5 cloves fried whole shallot
¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
Cooking Steps
1. Bring water to boil. Add ground spices blend. Boil it until fragrant.
2. Add in chicken. Cook until the broth is bubbling.
3. Add carrot, green beans, salt, sugar, and beef bouillon powder. Cook until all ingredients are well-cooked.
4. Add kidney beans, mushroom, and celery. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
