500 grams cold white rice
1 pair chicken leg and thigh,boiled, fried, shredded
3 cabbage leaves, coarsely chopped
1 scallion, cut into ½ cm pieces
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
1½ tablespoons crispy shallotfor topping
3 tablespoons cooking oilfor frying
coarsely chopped spices blend:
3 large red chili peppers
5 curly red chili peppers
2 cloves garlic
6 cloves shallot
1 teaspoon terasi (shrimp paste),toasted
sides:
3 sunny side eggs
1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté coarsely ground spices blend until fragrant. Set it aside the pan. Add in eggs. Stir it until granuled.
2. Add white rice, sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir it well. Cook it until well done.
3. Add shredded chicken, cabbage, and scallion. Stir it well.
