200 grams kenikir (wild cosmos), boiled
75 grams mung bean sprouts,boiled
50 grams carrot,julienned, boiled
peanut sauce ingredients:
150 grams peanut,fried, ground
100 ml hot water
ground spices blend:
4 red chili peppers,fried
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 teaspoon tamarind
2 teaspoons brown palm sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cm sand ginger
2 cloves garlic,fried
1. Peanut sauce: mix ground spices blend and peanut. Pour in hot water. Stir it well.
2. Put kenikir, mung bean sprouts, and carrot. Drench it with peanut sauce.
