Ingredients
400 grams corn kernels,coarsely ground in a blender
600 ml coconut milkfrom ½ coconut
100 grams sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sago starchdissolved in 2 teaspoons water
complements:
15 grams pacar cina (cassava starch pearls),boiled, drained
1 young coconut, scraped lengthwise
Cooking Steps
1. Boil coconut milk, corn, and sugar. Stir it continuously until bubbling. Add in vanilla powder. Stir it well.
