300 grams bbeef lointhinly sliced against the grain
50 grams mung bean sprouts
2 stalks celery,roughly chopped
1 egg, loosely beaten
2 cloves garlic,sliced
3 cloves shallot,sliced
1 tablespoon light soy sauce

300 ml water
1 tablespoon margarinefor sauteing
