Ingredients
150 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sago starch
25 grams rice flour
200 ml water
1 egg, loosely beaten
100 grams macaroni,boiled
1 red chili pepper,deseeded, finely chopped
1 scallion, finely chopped
cooking oil for frying
ground spices blend:
4 cloves shallot
3 cloves garlic
2 candlenuts, toasted
½ teaspoon white peppercorn
2 teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons sugar
Cooking Steps
1. Mix all-purpose flour, sago starch, rice flour, and ground spices blend. Stir it well. Add water and egg. Mix them well.
2. Add macaroni, red chili peppers, and scallion. Mix well.
3. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Spoon the mixture into hot oil. Fry it until crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat.
