3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
¼ onion, finely chopped
100 grams minced beef
50 grams green beans
2 black cloud ear mushroom, chopped
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
¼ teaspoon sugar
1 scallion, finely sliced
½ teaspoon corn starch,dissolved in water for thickening
½ teaspoon sesame oil
300 ml water
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
rice ingredients
250 grams rice
500 ml water
soup ingredients:

1,000 ml chicken stock
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper powder
1½ teaspoon sugar
1 scallion, finely sliced
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add beef. Stir until it changes color. Add sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
2. Pour in water gradually. Stir until the liquid is reduced. Add green beans, scallion, and cloud ear mushroom. Stir well.
3. Thicken it with corn starch solution. Cook and stir it until it is thickened. Add in sesame oil. Stir well. Remove from heat.
4. Rice: Bring water to boil. Add rice. Cook until the liquid is absorbed into rice.
5. Steam it over medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked.
6. Pour in the stir-fry into a heat-resistant dish greased with margarine. Add in rice. Press it until dense. Steam it until fully cooked.
7. Soup: heat cooking oil on a saucepan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Pour it into chicken stock. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook it and stir until boiling. Slightly before removing it from heat, add in scallion and sesame oil. Cook it quickly then remove it from heat.
