    Ingredients

    175 grams all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 egg, loosely beaten
    500 ml coconut milkfrom ½ coconut, boiled, warmed
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    4 eggs, loosely beaten

    Cooking Steps

    1. Stir well all-purpose flour, salt, and 225 ml of the coconut milk. Add in egg and the remaining coconut milk gradually. Keep whisking it in vertical moves for 20 minutes until the mixture is fluffy and increased in volume.Let it set for 30 minutes. Add in baking powder. Mix it well.
    2. Pour it into heated serabi clay pan. Let it cooked until bubbling. Add in beaten egg. Close the lid until fully-cooked. Remove it from heat.
    3. Serabi Telur (Egg Coconut Pancake) is ready to serve.
